PROPOSED SCENARIO & FINAL OUTPUT

FINAL OUTPUT WITH FINISHING EFFECTS
PROVEN RESULTS
Brand recall, delivered at the lift lobby.
Environmental branding and wayfinding for Narang Realty's residential complex. A marketing campaign reaches a buyer a handful of times. Signage reaches a resident every single day, which makes it the most repeated brand impression a developer owns and, usually, the least considered.

What We Delivered
-
The wayfinding system was built around reproduction of the brand mark itself, so residents and visitors meet the identity in ordinary daily use rather than only in a brochure. That is brand recall bought with no media spend.
-
Environmental branding was integrated into the architecture rather than applied to it. Material and finish decisions, etched brass on rosewood, carry the luxury signal that typography alone cannot, particularly to a resident who touches the surface rather than glancing at it.
-
Scope ran past design into development, production supervision and vendor audit. This is where signage programmes usually fail: the drawing is correct and the installed plate is not. Auditing the vendor and supervising production is what closes that gap.
-
Proposed scenarios and final installed output were documented side by side, across lobby directional signage, corridor plates, floor numbers, entrance markers and apartment door name plates. The specification was verifiable rather than aspirational.
The strongest brand impressions you own are the ones nobody photographs: the lift lobby plate, the door number, the corridor sign a resident passes twice a day for a decade. We design them, specify the materials, audit the vendor, and stand over the production, because the gap between the drawing and the wall is where the brand is actually won or lost.
