Identifying the next probable suburban zone based in Tier I cities and making investments in development at those areas in partnership with local developers to tap on the growth trajectory. The fund emerged an IRR of 14%.

- This is the first statement when we met the customer. The client wanted to keep a continued relation with the client, by directing them to use this report as a reference book. We communicated the fund information through a coffee table book to give it that 'extra weight'. Brilliant iconography and info graphics communicated the routine statistical data with a niche; and kept the patrons engaged.
