Background: Clarks Leisure builds timeless leisure homes designed for balance and meaningful living. The brand caters to financially accomplished yet time-constrained individuals seeking restoration beyond the city. For Amavi at Mt. Kusru, the brief was to create a film that captured not just the project’s features, but the emotional shift it offers — from urban intensity to natural abundance. The film was conceptualised and executed entirely through AI-driven production.

Brand Film for a Luxury Leisure Homes

Narrative: The story was built around a simple contrast — urban intensity versus natural calm. The film opens within a luxury urban environment, using restrained cues such as fatigue, tension, and reflective cityscapes to establish pressure. The narrative gradually transitions to open roads, expansive landscapes, and warm natural light, signalling restoration. Amenities such as yoga spaces, living areas, decks, infinity pools, and dining experiences were revealed through cinematic compositions that balanced intimacy with scale.

The final frame anchors Amavi within the Mt. Kusru landscape, reinforcing permanence and legacy.

AI Production: The film was produced entirely using AI-based visual generation tools. Our role extended beyond generation to directing the complete narrative and visual flow — developing the storyboard, designing scene-level prompts, maintaining character consistency, controlling tonal transitions, and structuring cinematic camera language. Every frame was guided to achieve production-grade realism without a physical shoot.

Outcome & Impact: The film positioned Amavi as a refined, legacy-driven leisure home while reinforcing Clarks Leisure’s philosophy of balance and timeless living. Alongside the film, a series of creative static assets for social media extended the narrative into digital communication, highlighting the idea that true luxury lies in peace, nature, and calm. The project also demonstrated how AI-led production and strategic storytelling can deliver high-end cinematic communication for luxury real estate without conventional production infrastructure.
