BROCHURE FOR "NO WALLS" CONCEPT PROPERTY - PROMONT IN BANGALORE

Background: Our client, a visionary real estate developer, introduced an innovative "No Walls" concept property at Promont in Bangalore. Located over a hill, Promont offers a unique and picturesque living experience. This unique approach allows clients to customize their homes by choosing where they want the walls to be placed. The builder provided 30 of the best permutations for clients to select from, offering them the freedom to create homes tailored to their specific needs and preferences. 

Objective: To design a compelling sales brochure that effectively communicates the "No Walls" concept and highlights the flexibility and customization options available to potential buyers. The brochure aims to showcase the unique selling points of Promont and attract clients who value personalization in their living spaces.

APPROACH

Concept and Design: 

  1. Developed a cohesive design concept for the sales brochure that reflects the innovative and flexible nature of the "No Walls" property. 

  2. Ensured the design elements were modern and visually appealing, aligning with the forward-thinking approach of the property. 

  3. A blank flat with only external walls was shown with a tracing paper on that encouraging patron to draw the walls to their designer wall sizes.  

Visual Representation: 

  1. Included detailed floor plans and 2D renderings of the different permutations to give potential buyers a clear understanding of the customization possibilities. 

  2. Showcased the concept with visuals of a blank flat with no walls and a tracing overlay to illustrate how clients can draw their walls to create rooms.
